To be located in Frankston- this was a design for a contemporary residence to be the flagship design for a builder-client. Featuring a dramatic entry of stepping stones over a pond, split level living area wrapping a lap pool and an upstairs retreat opening up via plantation timber shutters for view over the hills to Port Philip Bay in the distance- it is an unrealized scheme with loads of potential.
